Accessibility statement
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find our hours, call us and get directions. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What this site does
Settings panel
The blue button at the bottom left opens settings for bigger text, high contrast, a readable font, underlined links, more spacing, stopping motion and turning off vibration. Your choices are saved on your device.
Keyboard
Every link and button works from the keyboard, with a visible outline, and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
Screen readers
Pages use real headings, labelled images and plain language. Decorative pictures are hidden from screen readers.
Motion
Animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion, or when you choose Stop motion in the panel.
Known limits
Directions open in Google Maps, and U-Haul reservations open on uhaul.com. Those sites are run by other companies and have their own accessibility policies.
